My journey began back in 1980 when I took the plunge and started my own Matco Tools distributorship. I didn’t just play the game; I finished in the Top 2% in sales for five consecutive years. This success led me to step into leadership roles, guiding teams and also earning the chance to head franchise sales and operations in 2014. Under my leadership, we achieved the largest franchise growth in four years—an astounding 1,346% growth compared to the previous 13 years. This was my proof that real change is possible when you guide businesses with honesty, directness, and practicality.
In 2017, I founded NOVAK Development LLC to empower others to develop their leadership skills. More recently, in 2023, I co-founded Leadership Solutions Worldwide LLC to maximize the potential of leaders across the globe. I'm passionate about guiding organizations and their teams to flourish through workshops, coaching sessions, and speaking engagements. I’ve had the pleasure of facilitating workshops for Cisco Systems, sharing insights as a keynote speaker for the PGA of America Texas Sections, and training Maxwell Leadership coaches and speakers worldwide.
I hold a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer credential, along with certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Working Genius and DISC. My educational journey in coaching, speaking, and training has empowered me to influence aspiring leaders globally.
